Focus Workplace Ltd. addresses the Health side of Health and Safety.

The development of an effective employee health and safety program is a critical part of doing business in Ontario. Most organizations are well versed on the safety side of the health and safety umbrella of services. Conversely, many organizations struggle with the health side. Focus Workplace offers a free service to assist organizations with the development of a Strategic Plan for Health and Wellness.

Here is how it works:
  • Focus Workplace conducts an analysis of current health and wellness programs. This includes the review of existing documents such as Policies and Procedures, Industrial Hygiene Assays, Noise Surveys, Physical Demands Analyses etc.
  • Focus Workplace conducts a site visit to see, first hand, the working conditions and health programs that are in place.
  • Focus Workplace prepares a report on findings.
  • Focus Workplace collaborates with employer in the development of a Strategic Plan document.
  • An action plan is developed from the Strategic Plan.

This service will provide you with a roadmap to ensure that the following health and wellness objectives are met:
