Even though an organization is not entitled to see the details of this information, they are required to ensure its confidentiality.

Focus Workplace stores all employee health information in accordance with PIPEDA, HIPAA and Ontario’s Privacy of Personal Information Act. Information is held on our secure servers and that information is made available to you as allowed by law.

Our previous provider did not recognize the privacy issues relating to our emploee medical information. Focus Workplace ensures that we are complient with all privacy laws.
