

Focus Workplace Ltd. hearing conservation programs are designed to protect the hearing of your employees. While hearing damage is irreversible, our programs are intended to identify shifts in hearing capability early enough to prevent further damage.
Our program starts with a baseline test. For new employees this test should be part of your post offer medical screening. For current employees, this test should occur as soon as possible. We test each individual and compare their results to accepted norms. Our one-on-one consultation also provides an opportunity to educate your employees on hearing protection.
Ongoing tests occur on a schedule that is dictated by the exposure levels. When threshold shifts are identified, our medical director reviews the findings and recommends a course of action.
All employee information is maintained on Focus Workplace Ltd. secure servers and made available to the employer as prescribed by law.
