On-Site Hearing Tests are part of a comprehensive Hearing Conservation program offered by Focus Workplace.

On-Site Hearing Tests are part of a comprehensive Hearing Conservation program offered by Focus Workplace. The purpose of a Hearing Conservation program is to regularly monitor employee hearing and to respond quickly to any losses in hearing.

Employees participate on a voluntary basis. The hearing test is a simple procedure. Employees wear a set of headphones and listen to tones at varying frequencies. Their response is recorded and compared to previous test results. In the event of a shift in hearing capability, a consultation is held to determine possible causes and a course of corrective action is recommended.

Benefits

  • Advice on corrective action
