The goal of the Kinesiologist / Ergonomist is to liaise between the employee and the physician, ensuring compliance with the physician’s recommendations, as well as to educate and assist the employee to gradually increase daily activities. After the initial assessment, the Kinesiologist / Ergonomist monitors the employee at the job site on a weekly basis, reporting on the increasing pattern of demands as prescribed.
